What 1,000 pieces actually means
1,000 is a real floor, not a marketing number. Below it, two costs stop making sense for both sides: cleaning and changeover on an automated line, and a minimum batch of roughly 50 kg in the mixer. A 500-piece run does not cost half of a 1,000-piece run — it costs about the same.
At 1,000 you get a production run on the same equipment as a 100,000-piece order, with the same batch record and the same retention sample. Above 5,000, packaging minimums start to fall and the unit price moves. That is the point to renegotiate, not the first order.

CNAS-accredited laboratory
Testing runs at Jinzhi Testing, accredited by CNAS. Under the ILAC-MRA arrangement the reports are recognised across more than 100 economies.
Issued in your name
The report can carry your company as the applicant, not ours — which is what a registration file needs.
- Microbiology — five panels: total aerobic count, moulds and yeasts, E. coli, S. aureus, P. aeruginosa
- Heavy metals — lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium
- SPF in-vivo to ISO 24444, plus UVA-PF to ISO 24443 and critical wavelength
- Stability — three months accelerated at 40 °C, twelve months real time, tested in the final pack
- Preservative efficacy — challenge test against the target market's protocol
- Human efficacy testing, arranged on request for spot-correction claims

What we cannot do
Register your product for you
SFDA and ESMA registration must be filed by a licensed local entity. We hold no Saudi commercial registration and no UAE trade licence. We supply the technical file; your agent submits it.
Issue a halal certificate
Halal status comes from a recognised certification body after an audit of the plant and the supply chain. We can support the audit. We cannot print the mark.
Guarantee clearance
No factory can. What we can do is give you the document pack in a form your agent can submit without coming back six times.
