Oil Control Balancing Toner
A clear, fast-absorbing toner for humid markets and oily skin.
Zinc PCA and a low-dose salicylic acid in a water-and-butylene-glycol base, with no alcohol and no tacky film. Formulated for 30–35 °C and 70% humidity — the texture stays watery instead of turning syrupy in the bottle. Pairs naturally with a cotton pad or a mist pump; we fill both.
